I always TRY to maintain the sound of having a smile on my face when I'm on the air, but it was H A R D today after I (and millions across the world) watched my Atlanta Falcons fumble away a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl to the hated New England Patriots.
So instead of even pretending another minute that i was okay, I implored anyone listening to "Tell Me Something Good," to cheer me up. Yvette from sales came by, as did Aubrey, and we had some callers chip in, too. Plus I saw a PROUD Socastee High School momma was thrilled about her son's hard working paying off on Facebook, so I felt like sharing THEIR good news, too! If you need to feel better, listen and enjoy others' joy, at least!
