Former Chant strokes grand slam for MLB's Seattle Mariners

REAL Coastal Carolina University baseball fans will remember Taylor Motter from his playing days here (2009-2011) where he helped lead CCU to three Big South conference championships, three NCAA regionals and a Super Regional (2010) that only derailed the Chants' College World Series aspirations because the South Carolina Gamecocks got hot at the right time and rolled to their first CWS title, instead.

Others may remember his exuberant celebration last summer, when, while warming up in Tampa, he was watching the Chants battle Arizona in the CWS finale.  Remember this? 

Nice touch - the reveal of the teal beneath his warmup jersey, eh?  Well, Taylor's with the Seattle Mariners this season, and he walloped his first career grand slam yesterday, en route to an 11-1 Seattle win over the Oakland A's.  Watch:
