Lizzo recently opened up about a vulnerable moment within her fitness journey that made her feel bad, using the experience to console fans who might be experiencing similar emotions.
The "Good As Hell" icon took to TikTok on Monday (September 30) to speak about a comforting revelation that came to her after she "overate" the day before.
"I overate yesterday and i'm feeling really bad about it," Lizzo revealed as she stunned in a striped, color block shirt, jean skirt, and tall, black, lace-up boots.
"Im trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment...and if my body deserves comfort then my brain deserves comfort too." The world-renowned songstress concluded her reassuring message by letting fans know that they are not alone in attempting to remedy their relationship with food amid all the trials and tribulations attached to process.
"If you’re going through this ur not alone."
The "About Damn Time" hitmaker has been very open about her fitness journey in recent weeks, and stepped out for her first public appearance since debuting progress on Thursday (September 26), strutting the streets of New York City in a fabulous sheer fit following lunch at Nobu.
Despite receiving hate from individuals who assume she lost weight as a results of "ozempic or coke," Lizzo continues to do her thing and advocate for self-love and body positivity, revealing that any personal weight loss goals she's achieved so far have been due to "5 months of weight training and calorie deficit."
