Goldenvoice has signed a multi-year lease with Empire Polo Club, the 682-acre area in Indio, California, where the multi-genre Coachella and the Country music festival, Stagecoach are held.
The lease runs through 2050 and allows Goldenvoice to operate year-round and hold two additional three-day music festivals. According to city records, Coachella generates over $3.5 million for Indio each year.
Coachella will return after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. Crowds will return to the desert on April 15-17 and 22-24, 2022, to see headlining acts Travis Scott, Swedish House Mafia, and Rage Against the Machine.
